Introduction

Aircraft station means a station located on board any aircraft.

Aircraft Callsign

Malaysian aircraft station shall consist of prefix of two characters (9M) followed by a group of three characters (L1L2L3).

For aircraft station, a call sign is assigned by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) upon registration of aircraft. Certificate of Registration will be issued by CAAM (with call sign) after the aircraft registration is completed.
