Fixed Fees
Application Fee
Application Fees can be referred in to the Second Schedule of Communications and Multimedia (Spectrum) Regulations 2000 and its amendments, as follows:
- Application for AA: RM 60 per application
- Application for variation of an AA: RM 20 per application
Variation is not allowed for the following items:
- Change of AA holder;
- Coordinate of station; and
- Frequency Band.
- Application for certified true copy (CTC): RM 10 per application
Assignment Fee
Fees for Apparatus Assignment can be referred to in the First Schedule of the Communications and Multimedia (Spectrum) Regulations 2000 and its amendments. The Schedule consists of Table A (Fixed fees) and Table B (Variable fees).

Example of AA fees calculation (For Licensee)
AA Fees calculation for trunked radio application by Licensee
- The frequency for trunked radio base station (transmitter) is assigned by way of AA.
- The associated access device is by way of Class Assignment (CA).
- AA fee is only applicable for base station.
Example:
Trunked Radio at Bukit Pelindung by a licensee (Public) using 3 duplex frequencies in the frequency band 410 MHz to 430 MHz with bandwidth of 25 kHz:

AA Fees calculation for trunked radio application for Private Network
- The frequency for trunked radio base station (transmitter) and its associated access device are assigned by way of AA.
- AA fees are charged for base station and its access device (mobile/portable/handheld).
Example:
Base Station at Port Klang for private network communications using 3 duplex frequencies in frequency band 380 MHz to 399.9 MHz with bandwidth of 25 kHz and 90 units of mobile:
