Requirements For Applicant

The eligible persons who may apply for AA are as follows:

  • Individual;
  • A private corporation/company registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM); or
  • Government Department and Agencies.

a)Certificate of Registration from Jabatan Laut Malaysia (for ship/yacht);
b)Boat License from Jabatan Laut Malaysia or other relevant authority (for boat);
c)Fishing license from Department of Fisheries Malaysia (for fishing vessel); or
d)Cover letter mentioning the details of the application (for lifeboat/liferaft)
